Yes, always. Every session includes a dedicated engineer to run the cameras, mics, and lights.
We offer a full refund if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If it's under 24 hours, we can’t refund, but we’re happy to reschedule your session at no extra charge.
We allow a 5-minute grace period. After that, your session time will be shortened accordingly to stay on schedule.
We don’t offer in-person tours.
